Biography
As both a poet and a photographer, capturing raw truth through poetic imagery has been the driving force within my art, and within my life. Portland, Oregon has been my home since 1996. Prior to letting roots grow in this lovely city, I moved and traveled often and for many years. Doing so has exposed me to various peoples and places and cultures. It has taught me that we are as different from one another as we are the same, juxtaposing seemingly dichotomic elements within a very delicate balance. This is the truth I hope reveals itself within my work...a truth that touches the core, exposing the untouched ugliness, and the untouched beauty of pure, raw nature, human and otherwise...
